What is the cost to transfer my domain to PAYgoWebsite?
Most hosting providers do not charge to transfer a domain name. PAYgoWebsite can assist in transferring your domain name with your authorization.

What is a website design theme?
A website design theme is professional-quality template that works with a Content Management System (CMS) to ensure consistent format in a website. This design theme typically contains specifications for page layout, fonts, color schemes to control the functionality and the overall appearance of the website. Keep in mind that our web designers can further customize your website appearance from a based theme.

Will I be able to review my website before it goes live on the Internet?
Yes. We will temporarily publish your website (blocked from all search engines) for you to review and make changes.

How do I change my content after it’s been published online?
We provide an easy-to-use Content Management System along with an editor account for you to update the content and images without the help of a web designer. With any Internet browser you can log into your editor account and make changes to your website content in real time. You may also make changes by simply submitting your requests through our customer support form.

What if I want to change my website design after it has been published online?
In the event you want to change the website design or make major changes (non-content), you will be subject to additional fees.

PAYgoWebsite will own the website and we will lease it to you for your use.

Can I purchase the website outright at a later date?
Yes. If at any point you wish to purchase the website outright, you may do so by paying the equivalent of 24 months worth of payment. For example, if you pay $19.99/mo for your website, you may purchase the website for $479.76.
Note: Payments already paid are not deducted from the purchase price. Purchase price is an additional 24 months of payment.

What kind of support do you provide?
With our PAYgo model, we recognize that your online success is our success. That is why we stand by our service with full customer support via website support ticket. We also provide you with a CMS editor account to give you complete control over your website content through any web browser. You don’t need to rely on a web developer to keep your content fresh everyday.
Billing and Cancellation
Are there any setup fees or web design costs?
No. There are no setup fees nor web design costs, but we do ask all clients to make a $50 deposit to show a good faith commitment to the project. This is used to insure the time spent by our web designers. Once your website is finished, we will credit your account and apply the deposit to your monthly fees.

How can I lose my deposit?
If you decide to back out of the project before the website is published, you will forfeit all deposits made.

Is there a minimum term applicable?
No. All website lease agreements are on a month-to-month basis. However, we do ask for a 30-day advanced notice if you decide to cancel.

How will I be billed monthly?
You will receive a bill/invoice each month through email. You will be billed in advance for the next month’s fee. In your monthly bill, you will be asked to pay your bill online. By clicking on the “Pay Now” link, it will direct you to PayPal where you can either pay with your PayPal account or a major credit card.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
All website lease agreements are on a month-to-month term. If, at any time, you wish to cancel the lease agreement, you must inform us through written notice thirty (30) days in advance. Failure of 30-day written notice, may result in an additional month charged to your account.
